Best of Both Worlds Addiction Center for Women

Inpatient Center

Best of Both Worlds Addiction Center is a unique woman's inpatient center for the treatment of substance abuse. Other addictions such as eating disorders, gambling, spending, sex and relationships are also addressed.

Best of Both Worlds is an individualized center with a 6-bed capacity. The facility is homelike and located in a private natural setting. Women 16 years and older are accepted as patients. The program requires a minimum stay of seven weeks. Detoxification services are not provided. However, the center is affiliated with hospitals in the area that provide this service. We offer transportation and arrangements for detox services in our area. Medical and dental services are not provided, however if these services are needed, physicians and dentists in the community are utilized.

The staff at Best of Both Worlds is committed to providing women the tools to begin a lifetime journey of freedom from mood altering chemicals and other limiting addictions. It is our hope that program members develop a strong commitment to a sober and clean lifestyle. The program is based on principles of surrender to a higher power, prayer, honesty, forgiveness, responsibility, open-mindedness, willingness, trust, and love.Our staff includes the following licensed and trained professionals:Betsy Storms, Ph.D.

Best of Both Worlds Therapy Center was created in July of l998. The name signifies that psychological as well as spiritual principles are used in helping our clients to solve their problems. Therapy is conducted in a unique and beautiful homelike setting, which is located in a private area outside the city of Meridian. The setting of Best of Both Worlds is an important aspect of the therapeutic healing process.
